Lake Erie City May Look to Wind Power (22 WSBT South Bend: Wed, 13 Dec) (AP) City leaders in Port Clinton, Ohio, are looking to take advantage of the winds that whip off Lake Erie. A city council committee has agreed to a contract with North Coast Wind and Power to find ways to bring wind power to Port Clinton. The city is 60 miles due south of Detroit.
